Kielbasa and Potatoes
A traditional skillet meal is Kielbasa and potatoes with flavorful sausage and generously seasoned spuds cooked to a golden brown finish.

Instructions
- Step 1 Pre-heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add vegetable oil and allow to heat before adding slices of Kielbasa. Use tongs and turn often until browned. Set aside on a plate.
- Step 2 Remove empty skillet from the heat allowing to cool for 5 minutes. Add 2 more tablespoons of oil to the skillet and turn to medium low heat. Add potatoes and stir.
- Step 3 Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Then stir every 2 to 3 minutes.
- Step 4 After about 15 to 18 minutes of cooking and continual stirring add chicken stock. Stir and cover.
- Step 5 Cook covered for 4 to 5 minutes, stir once or twice.
- Step 6 Right before the liquid cooks off add 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil. Then add bell peppers and onions and stir well.
- Step 7 Generously season and stir often for about 5 minutes until vegetables have reached desired tenderness.
- Step 8 Add cooked Kielbasa to the skillet, stir and cover until warm about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!

- 1 cup bell peppers sliced

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
