Instructions
- Step 1 Combine eggs, salt, semolina, cheese and 3 tablespoons of cool broth in mixing bowl.
- Step 2 Beat with fork 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Bring rest of broth to boling point.
- Step 4 Add egg mixture slowly, stirring constantly.
- Step 5 Continue stirring while soup simmers 5 minutes.

- 1½ tsp semolina
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
