    Instructions

    1. Step 1 Combine eggs, salt, semolina, cheese and 3 tablespoons of cool broth in mixing bowl.
    2. Step 2 Beat with fork 5 minutes.
    3. Step 3 Bring rest of broth to boling point.
    4. Step 4 Add egg mixture slowly, stirring constantly.
    5. Step 5 Continue stirring while soup simmers 5 minutes.

    Ingredients

    • 1 qt beef or chicken broth
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1½ tsp semolina
    • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
